Identify Suitable Grants
We identify relevant funding opportunities that align with your organisation, proposed projects and funding priorities.
Communicate Suitable Grants When They Open
When a suitable funding opportunity opens, we notify your organisation and provide the key information required to assess it.
Liaise With Interested Sporting Organisations
We discuss the opportunity with your organisation, review eligibility and help determine the strongest project approach.
Prepare and Submit the Grant Application
Our team prepares the application, develops the supporting information and submits the funding request before the deadline.
Notification of the Outcome
The funding body assesses the application and advises whether the project has been approved for funding.
Grant Acceptance
Successful applicants review and accept the funding agreement and any conditions attached to the approved grant.
Receive the Grant Funds
Once the funding agreement is finalised, the approved grant funds are paid in accordance with the funding body's conditions.
Spend the Grant Funds
Deliver the approved project within the required timeframe, retain supporting documentation and complete any required acquittal reporting.
