Robert Palmaricciotti | Grants Director
Rob brings decades of experience as a CFO and Project Manager across a wide range of industries in Australia and overseas. His expertise in grant writing, tenders, budgeting, and project delivery, combined with a lifelong involvement in community sport as a player, coach, volunteer, and committee member, laid the foundation for launching the business. Robert remains deeply involved in the sector and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Geelong Regional Football Committee, under Football Victoria.
Anthony Nicholls | Managing Director
Anthony is one of the founders of Club Builder and is an experienced Strategic Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the sporting industry. For over 10 years, Anthony has led the Club Builder team to complete projects for hundreds of sporting clubs & leagues, community organisations, local businesses, and everything in between. He has a proven track record in Sporting Club Development and Strategic Planning, helping clubs to grow and develop sustainably.
Suzy Rogers | Director of Communications
Suzy is one of the founders of Club Builder and has been consulting with various diverse businesses for over 15 years. She loves getting things done, creative thinking, and strategic planning. She is also one of the rare people who actually enjoys documenting processes and drafting tender documents. Her other interests include getting outdoors, chasing two small children, spending time with friends, and culinary exploration.
Sid Sarathy
Sid oversees all departments across the business, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of services to clubs and partners. With a Master’s in Sports Management from Deakin University and a wealth of global experience coaching, managing, and directing soccer clubs, Sid brings both leadership and deep sector knowledge to the team. His strategic oversight and hands-on understanding of sport help drive strong results for clients and continued growth for the organisation.

Joel Lotherington | Communications Manager
Joel is Club Builder’s Communications Manager, leading the organisation’s marketing, communications, and technical strategies. Since joining the team in 2022, Joel has combined his Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) from Deakin University with a lifetime of involvement in community sport as an athlete, coach, and volunteer to assist in the growth of the organisation. His deep understanding of Australian sport, alongside his technical and communication skills, plays a key role in driving the team forward and connecting effectively with clubs and partners.
Cristian Castro | Marketing Assistant
Cristian is a Marketing Assistant at Club Builder who supports a wide range of marketing activities with a hands-on and creative approach. With a background in graphic design and content creation, he contributes to shaping the brand’s visual identity and building engagement across social media platforms. Cristian also helps manage the organisation’s online presence, working to ensure consistent, purposeful messaging. Always willing to lend a hand wherever it’s needed, he values collaboration and is focused on helping the team deliver meaningful outcomes for the sports community.
Zarah Quintillano | Specialist Grants Researcher
Zarah is Club Builder’s Specialist Grants Researcher, bringing a mission-driven mindset and a strong background in non-governmental work to the team. While new to the sports sector, she is focused on uncovering funding opportunities that help organisations grow their impact. Zarah’s recent passion for running reflects her approach to grants research — goal-oriented, committed, and always learning. Her fresh perspective and dedication make her a valuable asset in supporting clubs and communities to achieve their goals.

Adrian Salerno | Business Development Manager
Adrian Salerno is a Business Development Manager at Club Builder, combining a passion for sport with professional and academic experience. Holding degrees in Law and Commerce (Economics) from La Trobe University, Adrian has driven grassroots success through leadership roles at Reservoir Football Club and La Trobe University Tennis Club. Professionally, he’s held a range of sales and management positions, including leading Wilson Sporting Co.’s Game On Recycling program — Australia’s first sports equipment recycling initiative. Adrian is a lifelong sports enthusiast dedicated to helping clubs grow and thrive.
Sara Duboudin | Business Development Manager
Sara is one of our Business Development Managers and brings a lifelong passion for sport, along with exceptional organisational and people skills. A proud mum of five boys who have competed at state and national levels, Sara has been deeply involved in community sport in roles ranging from soccer club management to tennis coaching in the Pacific Islands. Her diverse experience across customer-focused roles and sporting environments helps her build strong connections with clients and support them in achieving their goals.
Suva Tamilchelvan | Business Development Manager
Suva is one of our Business Development Managers, bringing a strong commitment to sport and a background in customer-focused roles. She has participated in a range of sports at both competitive and community levels, including being a finalist at the Victorian State Taekwondo Championships in 2018 and 2019. In 2023, she proudly volunteered at the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Suva combines her sporting background with experience in hospitality, administration, and tutoring, offering strong communication and problem-solving skills. Her ability to connect with people, along with her passion for sport, makes her a valuable asset in helping clubs grow, thrive, and reach their goals.
Cherry Teddu | Business Development Manager
Cherry is a dedicated sport and business student currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science / Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University. She has a strong love for sport, with hands-on experience playing and coaching and recently completed a performance analysis internship with Hawthorn Football Club during the 2024 AFL season. Cherry combines her academic background with hands-on experience across membership sales, retail, hospitality, and administration. Driven by a genuine love for sport and community engagement, Cherry is committed to helping sporting organisations grow, connect with their members, and create inclusive, high-performance environments.

Jacob Miller | Account Executive & Team Leader
Jacob Miller is an Account Manager at Club Builder, known for his individualised approach and commitment to client success. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Sport Management and Management and has worked across the sports industry — from grassroots to professional level — including within the NBL. Jacob has extensive experience in basketball as a coach, administrator, and Director of Coaching, giving him a well-rounded perspective from both club and governing body levels. He draws on this deep knowledge to deliver high-impact outcomes that support long-term sustainability and growth for every client.
Jake Ritchie | Account Executive & Team Leader
Jake has extensive experience in not-for-profit organisations, including management roles, and is dedicated to advancing sports participation across Australia. His work in Remote Central Australia provided him with valuable insight into all aspects of program delivery — from on-the-ground implementation to strategic oversight. As a current committee member of his local club, the Shellharbour Suns, Jake has a practical understanding of the challenges and responsibilities involved in running a community sports organisation. He also holds a double degree in Sports Management and Business Management, equipping him with both the operational and strategic expertise to drive meaningful outcomes.
Ankur Tayal | Account Executive & Team Leader
Ankur is an Account Executive at Club Builder known for building strong client relationships and guiding projects with purpose. He holds a BA (Hons) in Football Studies from Solent University (UK) and a Master’s in Sport Management from Deakin University (Australia). With extensive experience in football/soccer management and coaching across grassroots to semi-professional levels, he brings both technical and administrative insight. Pranav Nambiar | Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Club Builder, Pranav embraces a role filled with learning and growth. His work spans project coordination, client relationship building, and grant application support. Fuelled by a lifelong passion for sports, he cheers on soccer, cricket, basketball, and F1, and actively plays soccer, cricket, and badminton. Outside work and sports, Pranav enjoys tending to his plants and dreams of owning a farm one day.
Romina Garcia | Account Manager
Romina has rapidly developed her expertise in grant applications, project management, and advocacy for sporting organisations. Drawing on her strong background in customer relations and management from the hospitality sector, she brings excellent communication and client-focused skills to the team. Her technical knowledge is supported by a Diploma in Computer Programming, adding another layer to her diverse skill set.
Marian Dela Cruz | Project Assistant
Marian joined the team in 2020 and plays a key role as Project and Communications Assistant, overseeing the organisation’s growing administrative functions and contributing as a skilled grant writer. With a degree in Developmental Communication and a background in administrative and business-focused roles, Marian excels in delivering high-quality, quick-turnaround grant applications. Her attention to detail and versatility make her an invaluable part of the Club Builder team.
Roshiella Estuista | Project Assistant
Rosh is an Account Manager at Club Builder, working closely with community and sporting clubs to manage grant applications, support strategic planning, and deliver ongoing project outcomes. With a strong focus on building relationships and understanding each club’s unique goals, Rosh ensures tailored, long-term solutions. Her strengths in organisation and communication help keep projects on track and drive meaningful impact for every client.
Maria Lourdes Palomo | Project Assistant
Maria is a valued member of the grants and projects team, bringing a combination of research, writing, and design skills to her role as Grants Writer & Strategic Projects Assistant. She supports the executive and account management teams in identifying and assessing funding opportunities, preparing concise research reports, and maintaining accurate grant records to ensure clients are well informed and prepared
Aiko Estuista | Project Assistant
Aiko is an integral part of the projects team and is one of the longest standing team members at Club Builder, supporting the team in delivering and finalising key projects such as reports and strategic plans. With hands-on experience in the operational side of community sporting clubs, Aiko has helped implement systems for staff, communications, registrations, and payments. She brings this practical knowledge into her role, ensuring smooth project delivery and strong support for clubs behind the scenes.
Ramjel Manacmul | Project Assistant
Ram is an Account Manager at Club Builder, dedicated to supporting community sporting organisations through effective grant applications, strategic planning, and project delivery. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions that create lasting impact. With strengths in coordination and client communication, Ram ensures projects run smoothly and meet each club’s unique needs.

Prusti Doshi | Project Assistant
Prusti brings strong analytical, research, and business development experience to the team. With a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Nirma University, she has supported IT startups, fundraising initiatives, and client engagement projects. Skilled in Excel, grant research, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination, Prusti combines creativity with problem-solving to deliver effective project support and growth solutions. She is passionate about applying her skills to deliver impact-driven outcomes for clients and communities.
Dennis Smith | Specialist Grant Writer
Dennis is a Specialist Grant Writer at Club Builder with extensive experience on both sides of the grants process. Dennis has helped sporting clubs secure funding ranging from small community grants to major facility projects. Dennis has worked as an independent consultant and in Local Government managing council grants programs. His hands-on experience in community sport—as a player and collaborator across cricket, Aussie Rules, basketball, golf, and tennis—adds valuable insight to his grant writing and his valuable contributions to the organisation.
Heidi Wong | Specialist Grant Writer
Heidi is a grant writer at Club Builder with a strong belief in the role sport plays in building healthy communities. She brings over 15 years of experience in science research and education, offering a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to planning, communication, and analysis. Her background shapes her work with clubs, where she sees the same potential to spark curiosity, build confidence, and make a lasting difference. Heidi has successfully secured major community grants and is committed to helping clubs grow and succeed through collaboration and strategic support.
